About Mrs. Nilima P Harisangam: Beside her own Nutrition & Diet Clinic, Mrs. Nilima also works as a Consulting Dietician who visits most of the well-known hospitals in Solapur on daily-basis. She knows some of the well-known doctors across the well-reputed hospitals like Sparsh Hospital, Care Hospital, Ashwini Multi Super Speciality Hospital, Yashodhara Superspeciality Hospital, Unique Hospital etc.in Solapur & visits them as a consulting dietician.
She also worked as a Senior Lecturer at Siddheshwar College of Home Science, Solapur & taught the subjects: Food Science, Nutrition Management in Health & Disease, Food product commodities, Quantity cookery, Diet Therapy, Recent advances in home science.
Mr. Yousuf Shaikh, an Acupressure specialist is looking after the patients with different health issues and treating them successfully at NNDC.
Participated in the below mentioned activities and got appreciation for the same:
* Participated & completed 240 hrs regular programs of college of Home Science at
Parbhani during the year 1993-1995.
* Working as a Lecturer in Siddheshwar College of Home Science, Solapur since 2001.
* Member of NSS special program held at Zari from 10th Feb 1995 to 19th Feb 1995.
* Conducted workshop in KVK & Rotary club.
* Organized health camp at Latur & Solapur.
* Organized Diabetic camp at Barshi.
* Organized nutritional awareness camps for Maharashtra Govt. ICDS programs.
* Attended the 46th Annual National Conference of Indian Dietetic Association (IDA)
held at Pune in Dec 2013 & got the certificate.
* Participated in “Training for Extension Functionaries” at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Solapur.
* Conducted Food & Nutrition sessions at Indian Model School, Solapur.
* Participated in evaluation of nutrition status of school attending girls of Parbhani district
And, also studied on Food & Nutrition intake for the selected girls.
